Cake Specialist is located at 2210 East Avery Road in Bellevue, Nebraska.

The owners are Ryan and Jayme Cronk. They opened their store in the spring of 2002. Since then they have received many awards including:

The Small Business Award of Excellence from the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce and honor roll award from the Better Business Bureau of which they are members in good standing.

They work with many prominent businesses in the area including, the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, Offutt Air Force Base, churches, schools, and caterers. They have also been a signature sponsor of the Bridal Showcase at Mid America Center where they created the feature wedding cake.
